After falling in my first pass and figuring out that the boat speedometer was way off (I had them going 26.5 and it was STILL TOO SLOW...but who can blame the equipment right?!?!), I felt pretty bad about my run. Apparently I wasn't the only one who struggled given that I did end up getting the win. More reason for being thankful.
The pic is with my fellow Nebraskans after the awards were given. My dad snagged another first so it was fun getting first together. This was my sister Natalie's first comp so I was proud of her. She had a stand up run.
